The biggest threat, obviously New York's Radio is a radio format changes, from terrestrial to Satellite Radio. The Hollywood Reporter has outlined several new changes Sirius Satellite Radio has made its radio channel line up that market share away from the New York Radio and this is a threat to the terrestrial format.
